Please provide your email/mobile number during the order checkout. Those details are used by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service to send notifications to you including the tracking number of your order.

We deliver to any UK postal address.

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver outwith the UK.

Calluna accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Once you have placed your order and paid for your order through our secure server, you will receive an order reference number.  On receipt of your order we will ensure that your order is expedited as quickly as possible.  If we are unable to provide the goods or have an issue with delivery, size, stock or colour, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Your order can be amended prior to it being shipped. Please contact Calluna as soon as possible if a change is required.

Delivery & Tracking

Orders placed online will be dispatched next working day. We use the standard Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service (not a guaranteed service) for a charge of £4.95 per order.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Tracked 48 with Signature aims to deliver your items in 2 to 3 working days and includes full online tracking, SMS/email recipient notifications and a SafePlace option if no one is home. If you require a signature on delivery choose Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature. For extra peace of mind, there’s £100 of compensation cover included to protect against loss or damage to your item.

Returns Policy

CALLUNA will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please return your item within 28 days from the day of purchase. Items must be returned with all tags attached and original packaging including shoe boxes.

WE DO NOT EXCHANGE ANY ITEMS BOUGHT AT A SALE PRICE.

When you return a Product to us:

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, excluding the cost of sending the item to you (unless the product is faulty or damaged). You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If you claim the product is defective we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
